Finding meaning in midst of chaos drived me to form a perspective for fashion that appeals to an universal audience. Being flamboyant and surrealist came with its ups and downs. It was fashion and pattern cutting that helped put it all together in a form that is expressive of my views and ideals. Putting Colour blindness into front and centre with objective views on a range of themes derived from personal experiences. Whilst designers such as Daniel Roseberry, Harris Reed, Jonathan Anderson and Alexander McQueen have a major influence over my aesthetics, it is Salvador Dali and Elsa Schiaparelli whose work brought a sense of belonging for me in this mundane world. Has it not been for the aspiration to have a career in couture, the skills of pattern cutting and designing wouldn’t have come to me, a genre of design finely separated by Demi Couture and wearable art, I saw a new perception of seeing. One should either be a work of art, or wear a work of art ~ OW
