Chloe is a slipcasting ceramicist with inspirations being drawn directly from coastal scenes in her homeland, Norfolk. She adores the beach, and cherishes each visit as it brings peace and serenity to her being. Chloe’s work is influenced by rippling sand and arched crests, with the use of natural materials taken directly from the beach to create a sense of realism and physical connection. She encourages you to pick up and hold the sandcastle forms, to mix and match, interchange, stack and flip. After Chloe graduates, she hopes to continue working with clay; challenging her own abilities with technique, material and scale.
