My passion lies within mostly black and white film photography documenting areas with meanings behind them. The latest project I worked on titled Don’t Call Again is calling out sexual harassment especially catcalling within the streets of Nottingham. Since it is more important than ever to bring attention to this behaviour and hope to bring women a sense of safety on the streets of Nottingham and further. I created a three-part zine series which in themselves become a portable protest all under one title Don’t Call Again. Part one is the protest against harassment, part two shows the Unsafe spaces of harassment and, part three is the Unwanted words that connect to the places. My hope for this work was to let other women know they aren’t alone and hopefully educating others. One future ambition I have includes owning a café with a gallery space where I’m able to display others amazing work.
