Hi, my name is Jodie Northedge. I have been studying Set Design for Film and Television at Nottingham Trent Univeristy since 2018. I have always carried a creative and imaginative mind-set that has continuously led me towards design. Being a driven, hardworking individual with key departmental skills within art and design has given me the opportunity to work on real life projects throughout my education. Gaining knowledge from my work experience with BBC’s Peaky Blinders and Channel 4’s Hollyoaks gave me a deeper understanding of the art department and design process in industry. This in turn allowed me to express my work by exploring new methods across my academic career. I am now in a position where I am approaching the end of my degree and with this, I am eager to pursue a career within the film industry and contribute my skills."
