Studying Design for Film and TV has been thoroughly engaging and I am proud of my emergent proficiency in Photoshop and Vectorworks, which facilitates my set designs for proposed films such as ‘A House in Bali’ and a modern remake of ‘The Cabinet of Dr Caligari’. I was fortunate enough to receive awards for best achievement and professional practice for my first and second year respectively and strive to continue exploiting design briefs to their full capacity. My lifelong relationship with Visual Arts has caused my development of a strong creative disposition and I continuously practice my drawing and acrylic painting for personal projects. My diverse background resulting from my residence in Indonesia, Thailand, Sweden and the UK provides me with a unique globalized perspective which has proved advantageous in terms of inspiring distinctive design solutions. My goal is to climb the film and TV art department ladder until I reach my ultimate aspiration to become a production designer.
