I have completed a BA (H) in Design for Film and TV, as a mature student this was a change in direction from previous work in IT. I have always been artistically driven and decided to leave a stable job to pursue my passion. I am hands on and enjoy getting stuck in with making, creating and building. In my personal time I enjoy pottery and 3d design and have built Film/TV prop replicas, i.e. a full-size Dalek from Doctor Who, a Proton Pack from Ghostbusters and Door Knocker from Labyrinth. I embrace new technologies and have my own 3d printers and laser cutters that I use regularly. I work well in a team and enjoy getting stuck in and working hard. My skills are in prop design, building & making and graphics, but I can turn my hand to any aspect of a production and look to improve and learn new skills. I am willing to be the first one there in the morning and the last one there at night to ensure everything is done to the best standard; I am excited about my future in the industry.
