Meg Elliott
Hey, my name's Meg and I have a love for illustration. What first inspired me to draw was my love of nature and fantasy. Growing up in rural Derbyshire meant that I saw the local wildlife on a day to day basis, which sparked my creative interest, which was nurtured by my Grandma, who was kind enough to let me use her expensive watercolours- with supervision. I loved drawing animals the most, and I still do, as well as whatever creatures I can imagine. Having also grown up a dinosaur fan, I have enjoyed creating illustrations surrounding that, and I would love to continue developing my experience in paleoart. I often create digital art, and I have developed my digital style alongside my drawing skill into something that I feel represents me. But more recently I have fallen in love with lino print and printmaking, which creates bold colours and lines that are expressive and abstract.
